… is his teepee!

This Red Indian Chief was pulling his own teepee along with him for the ride.  His band was waiting alongside Memorial Park while awaiting their turn to cross the Savannah stage on Carnival Tuesday 2008.

That’s the word that came to mind when I saw this Red Indian Chief’s headpiece.

Pink Red Indian

I got this shot on Carnival Monday night.

Really simple design, really stood out of the crowd with all the pink plumage.

Green Red Indian

Trinidad & Tobago is home to the ‘Greatest Show on Earth’: Carnival.

This man is playing in what we call a “Red Indian” or “Amerindian” band.
